Pat Chun Soy Sauce Supreme is a "double brew soy sauce" that has been through up to 18 months of seasonal fermentation, picking up layer upon layers of flavor in the process. It is produced by extracting the first press liquid from fermented beans (moromi) and adding a fresh batch of moromi for a second round of fermentation. The result is a soy sauce with intense fragrance, full-bodied texture and rich colour.
Pat Chun Executive Chef, Mr. Kong: Pat Chun Soy Sauce Supreme has the most intense flavor of all soy sauce. It especially shines when used in dishes where the flavors of soy sauce takes centre stage, such as soy sauce chicken wings, marinated beef shank, marinated duck etc.
For applications where a lighter touch is desirable (steamed fish, dipping seafood etc.), alternatives such as Pat Chun Steamed Fish Soy Sauce or Gourmet Light Soy Sauce.
