Description:
The rice and cow peas are first fried with shallots, dried shrimps and Pat Chun Premium Soy sauce before wrapping with grilled eel, mushroom and chestnut. As you remove the leaves from the steamed dumpling you will smell the wonderful aroma of soy sauce.

Shelf life: 7-10 days.
