This dumpling is different from the others in that the rice and cow peas are first fried with shallots, dried shrimps and Pat Chun Premium Soy sauce before wrapping with pork, mushroom and chestnut braised also in Pat Chun Premium Soy sauce. As you remove the leaves from the steamed dumpling you will smell the wonderful aroma of soy sauce.
