Description:
Ba Bao Sauce made of Sichuan vegetables, raddish, dried oyster, scallop and shrimp, Chinese ham and black fungus, is a unique sauce created by Pat Chun. The glutinous rice of the dumpling mixed with Ba Bao sauce coupled with salted egg yolk and pork belly, is very tasty and appetizing.
