Description:
Ba Bao Sauce made of Sichuan vegetables, raddish, dried oyster, scallop and shrimp, Chinese ham and black fungus, is a unique sauce created by Pat Chun. The glutinous rice of the dumpling mixed with Ba Bao sauce coupled with salted egg yolk and pork belly, is very tasty and appetizing.

Gross weight: approx 300g

Storage method: Store at 0 to 4 degrees Celsius.

Reheating instruction: remove leaf wrap and steam for 20 minutes.

Shelf life: 14 days after production. Refer to label for expiry date.
