Description:
The dumpling is made with whole dried Hokkaido scallop, salted egg yolk, pork belly, dried shrimp and mung beans. This is a dumpling which is savoury and yet has a delicate taste.

Gross weight: approx 500g

Storage method: Store at 0 to 4 degrees Celsius.

Reheating instruction: remove leaf wrap and steam for approx 20 minutes.  Adjust reheating time according to firepower.

Shelf life: 14 days after production. Refer to label for expiry date.
