Fried vegetables with Pat Chun Babao Sauce (Serves 4)
Ingredients
150g black fungi, shredded
150g Zucchini, shredded
150g carrot, shredded
10g Green Sweet pepper, shredded
10g Yellow Sweet pepper, shredded
10g Red Sweet pepper, shredded
2 garlic, crushed
Sauce
3 tbsp Pat Chun Babao Sauce
2 tsp Shao Wine
Preparation
1. Stir-fry garlic and all ingredients. Then add sauce. Serve.
