Sweet and Sour Spareribs - Pat Chun International Limited


Sweet and Sour Spareribs (Serve 4)

300g Spareribs, washed and diced
½ tsp salt
2 tsp corn starch
2 tsp flour

½ tsp salt
1 egg
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp water

6 tbsp Pat Chun Sweetened Vinegar
2 tbsp Pat Chun 5% rice vinegar
1 tbsp Pat Chun Gourmet Light Soy Sauce

1. Marinade spareribs for 1 hour.
2. Add corn starch and flour.
3. Fry at 180°C in cooking oil until it turn golden, dish up.
4. Bring sauce to boil until thick. Stir-fry with spareribs. Serve.
