Pork Ribs with Sweet Vinegar(Serve 4)
600g Pork ribs
⅓ Onion (shredded)
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 egg yolk
5 tsp corn starch
6 tbsp Pat Chun Sweetened Vinegar
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp Pat Chun OsmanthusVinegar
4 tsp Pat Chun Osmanthus Flower Syrup
¼ tsp salt
4 tsp sugar
1. Mix Pork ribs in marinade and leaves for a short time.
2. Coat Pork ribs with corn starch. Deep fry in hot oil until crispy. Remove from wok.
3. Stir-fry onion, add sauce.
4. Add corn starch after it boil, then mix with Pork ribs. Serve.
