Roasted Barbeque Pork (Char Siu) (Serves 4)
Ingredients 450g pork tenderloin or pork cheek, cut lengthwise into 2 strips
1 tbsp honey
5 tbsp Pat Chun BBQ Sauce
Preparation 1. Marinate pork tenderloin for 2 hours.
2. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Bake tenderloin for 30 minutes, turning once.
3. Brush pork with honey. Return to oven and bake for 2 minutes.
