Steam Pork Slices in Gooseberry Sauce (Serves 4)
300g pork chuck (i.e. neck portion), sliced
75g preserved mustard head, sliced
4 tsp Pat Chun Gooseberry Sauce
2 tsp sugar
1½ tsp corn starch
1 tsp Pat Chun Sweet Noodle Sauce
1 tsp Pat Chun Gourmet Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp salt
4 tsp water
1. Soak preserved mustard head in water for ½ hour. Rinse and dry.
2. Combine pork, Sauce and preserved mustard head. Mix well. Steam for 7 minutes until cooked through.
