Chicken Wings with Pat Chun Light Soy Sauce(Serve 4)


10 chicken wings, washed
2 tbsp Pat Chun Rose Essence Wine


¼cup Pat Chun Gourmet Dark Soy Sauce
1 and½ cup of Pat Chun Gourmet Light Soy Sauce
3 tbsp crystal sugar, crushed
3 star anise
3 slice of ginger
¼dried citrus peel
1 cup water


1. Bring Sauce to boil in earthen pot, Boil gently for 20 minutes.  Add Rose Essence Wine, Remove from heat.
2. Blanch chicken wings in hot water. Drain.
3. Bring Sauce to the boil. Add chicken wings. Cook for 20 minutes or until done.
