Chicken Wings with Pat Chun Premium Soy Sauce Supreme (Serve 4)
Ingredients
10 chicken wings, washed
2 tbsp Pat Chun Rose Essence Wine
Sauce
2 cups Pat Chun Premium Soy Sauce Supreme
3 tbsp crystal sugar, crushed
3 star anise
3 slice of ginger
¼ dried citrus peel
1 cup water
Preparation
1. Bring Sauce to boil in earthen pot, Boil gently for 20 minutes. Add Rose Essence Wine, Remove from heat.
2. Blanch chicken wings in hot water. Drain.
3. Bring Sauce to the boil. Add chicken wings. Cook for 20 minutes or until done.
