Chinese Teriyaki Chicken Steak (Serve 2)


1 chicken steak, sliced
dash of cooking oil
2 tsp corn starch


½ tsp salt
2 tsp corn starch
½ egg white
2 tsp Pat Chun Gourmet Dark Soy Sauce


3 tbsp Pat Chun Kecap Manis
2 tsp Pat Chun Black Bean Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Pat Chun Sweetened Vinegar
2 tbsp Shao Wine
3 tbsp water


1. Marinate chicken meat for 15 minutes.
2. Sauté chicken meat of oil until golden on both sides. Dish up.
3. Boil sauce. Add  little corn starch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.. Pour over chicken. Serve.
