Chicken with Sweetened Vinegar (Serve 4)

Ingredients
1200g chicken ,cleaned
4 tsp salt

Sauce
600ml Pat Chun Sweetened Vinegar
100ml Pat Chun Light Soy Sauce
100ml water

Preparation
1. Marinate chicken with salt for 2 hours.
2. Bring Sauce to the boil. Then add chicken. Cook in low heat for 10 minutes.
3. Turn the chicken, cook another 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, cover for 8 minutes. Serve.
