Stewed Chicken with Garlic Black Bean Sauce (Serve 4)
600g chicken (chopped)
3 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp Pat Chun Garlic Black Bean Sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp Pat Chun Light Soy Sauce
1 cup of water
1. Stir chicken with corn starch.
2. Heat wok with oil, then fry chicken pieces until the color change.
3. Add sauce and gentle heat until there is no water left and chicken is completely cooked. Serve.
