Stir-Fried Shredded Chicken with Ma Po Chili Sauce (Serves 4)
300g chicken meat, shredded
90g leek, sliced
3 tbsp Pat Chun Ma Po Chili Sauce
½ tsp sugar
1 tbsp water
1. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp of oil until nearly done.
2. Add Sauce and leek. Mix well. Stir-fry until cooked through.
