Stir-Fried Chicken Fillets with Celery in Oyster Sauce (Serves 2 to 3)


230g chicken meat, cut into strips
230g celery, cut into small pieces
Some garlic, sliced
Some ginger, sliced
Some carrot, sliced


1 tsp Pat Chun Chinese rice wine
1 tsp cooking oil
1 tsp corn starch
¼ tsp salt
tsp sugar
tsp Pat Chun Pure Sesame Oil


2 tsp Pat Chun Oyster Flavoured Sauce
1 tsp Pat Chun Gourmet Light Soy Sauce
½ tsp corn starch
¼ tsp sugar
tsp Pat Chun Pure Sesame Oil
3 tbps water


1. Marinate chicken strips for 1 hour. Sauté in warm oil. Set aside.
2. Gently fry celery with oil and salt. Remove from heat.
3. Sauté ginger, garlic and carrot with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add chicken strips. Stir in celery and Sauce. Mix well and serve.
