Steak with Ba Bao Sauce(Serve 2)
2 thick slices of steak about 320gm
Dash of corn starch
3 tbsp Pat Chun Babao Sauce
3 tbsp Pat Chun Kecap Manis
3 tbsp Pat Chun Sweetened Vinegar
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp Shao wine
Sautéd steak to medium well (Use full flame at the beginning, and then change to low heat), dish up.
Bring sauce to boil. Add corn starch. Pour over steak. Serve.
