Tender Ginger Beef (Serve 2-3)


225g beef, shredded, marinade
75g sour tender ginger, chopped
75g green pepper, diced
75g red pepper, diced
3 rings of Pineapple
2 garlic, chopped


3 tbsp Pat Chun Sweet Sweetened Vinegar
1 tbsp water
1 tsp corn starch


1. Stir-fry beef until cooked through, dish up.
2. Stir-fry other ingredients until cooked through, and then add beef.
3. Add sauce. Serve.
