Lobster Oil Shrimp Fried Rice

Lobster Oil Shrimp Fried Rice (Serves 2)

10 Shrimps
2 bowls of Rice
2 tbsp chopped Green Onion
1 tsp of minced Ginger
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp minced Shallots
2 tbsp Coriander
Soup stock (lobster other stock) 3 tsp

3 tsp Pat Chun Lobster Oil
1 tbsp Pat Chun Soy Sauce Supreme
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tbsp Shaoxing Wine


  1. Cut the peeled prawns into pieces. Stir fry minced shallots, garlic and ginger in a wok until fragrant. Add lobster oil, soup stock and stir fry and season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add white rice, mix and stir until all soup stock is absorbed. Add green onions and coriander. Pour a circle of Shaoxing wine on the side of the wok and stir well. Ready to serve.
