Lobster Oil Shrimp Fried Rice (Serves 2)
2 bowls of Rice
2 tbsp chopped Green Onion
1 tsp of minced Ginger
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp minced Shallots
2 tbsp Coriander
Soup stock (lobster other stock) 3 tsp
3 tsp Pat Chun Lobster Oil
1 tbsp Pat Chun Soy Sauce Supreme
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tbsp Shaoxing Wine
- Cut the peeled prawns into pieces. Stir fry minced shallots, garlic and ginger in a wok until fragrant. Add lobster oil, soup stock and stir fry and season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add white rice, mix and stir until all soup stock is absorbed. Add green onions and coriander. Pour a circle of Shaoxing wine on the side of the wok and stir well. Ready to serve.
