Recipe:

  1. Cut vegetables such as radish, cucumber, green pepper or Chinese cabbage into cubes and marinate with salt. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes to drain. Rinse the vegetables with clean water and drain.
  2. Add sauce to the vegetables and mix well. Add red chili to add flavor (optional).
  3. Put all the ingredients in a glass jar and marinate for 24 hours before eating.
