Stewed Mushroom with Chu Hou Sauce (Serves 4)
100g Dried Mushroom
2 tbsp Pat Chun Chu Hou Sauce
1 sliced ginger
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Pat Chun Oyster Flavoured Sauce
1 tbsp Pat Chun Soy Sauce Supreme
1 tsp Salt
1. Soak mushroom in water till tender (At least 2 hours). Remove steam and wash, Set aside.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil, add ginger and Pat Chun Chu Hou Sauce until fragrant, add seasoning and water.
3. Add mushroom after bringing it to boil and simmer for twenty-five minutes, till mushroom is tender. Serve.
