Minced Pork with Bean Paste Sauce (For noodles)
230g Minced pork
50g cooking oil
4 tbsp Spice Vinegar
2 tbsp Pat Chun Kecap Manis Sauce
3 tbsp Pat Chun Plum Sauce
2 tbsp Pat Chun Sweet Noodle Sauce
2 tbsp Pat Chun Chili Bean Sauces
2 tbsp Pat Chun Sesame Sauce
1tbsp ginger, chopped
2 tbsp water
1. Stir-fry minced pork until cook through, then add ginger.
2. Add sauce and bring to boil. Serve. Sauce can keep in refrigerators for 6 days.
