Fried E-Fu-Noodle with soy sauce

Fried E-Fu-Noodle with soy sauce (Serves 1)


1 piece E-Fu-Noodle
3 pieces Dried Mushroom (slice)
1 tbsp Yellow Chives


2 tbsp Pat Chun Gourmet Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Pat Chun Gourmet Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Pat Chun Oyster Flavoured Sauce
4 tbsp Water or Soup
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Sugar


1. Place E-Fu-Noodle into hot water to soften. Drain and set aside.
2. Add mushroom and sauce into wok.
3. Bring to boil. Add Fu-Noodle and stir-fry.
4. Add yellow chives. Serve.
