Fried Rice with Ba Bao Sauce (Serves 1)
Ingredients:
375g Rice
½ tsp Chopped Ginger
40g Shredded Lettuce
½ tbsp Spring Onion
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 Egg (beaten)
Sauce:
5 tsp Pat Chun Ba Bao Sauce
1 tsp salt
Preparation:
1. Heat oil. Stir-fry ginger lightly.
2. Add egg, rice and Pat Chun Ba Bao sauce.
3. Stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add salt.
5. Cook until well mixed and then add shredded lettuce & Spring onion. Serve.
