Steam Fish with Sauce(Serves 4)

Ingredients

520g fish, washed

Sauce

2 tbsp Pat Chun Sweet Noodle Sauce
2 tbsp Pat Chun Kecap Manis Sauce
2 tbsp Pat Chun Spice vinegar
½ tsp Pat Chun Chili Bean Sauces
1 tbsp corn starch

Preparation

1. Brush fish with sauce. Steam with full flame for 10 minutes.
