Stir-fry Shrimp with XO Sauce (Serve 4)


300g Shrimp, washed
250g broccoli, chopped
Dash of carrot
Dash of ginger
2 garlic, crushed
Pat Chun Chinese Rice wine


egg white
2 tsp corn starch
½ tbsp cooking oil, add at the last


3 tbsp Pat Chun XO Sauce


1. Marinade shrimp for 1hour.
2. Blanch broccoli, set aside.
3. Stir-fry shrimp until cook through, dish up. Stir-fry ginger, garlic, carrot and broccoli with sauce
4. Stir-fry shrimp with other ingredients, add rice wine. Serve.
