魚柳沙律醋油醋汁

Fish Fillet Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing (Serves 2)

Ingredients:

230g Fish Fillet
120g Salad Leaves
½ tsp Rose Flavoured Vinegar
3 tsp flour

Marinade:

1 Egg Yolk
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Corn Starch

Vinaigrette Dressing:

7 tbsp Rose Flavoured Vinegar
4 tbsp Sweetened Vinegar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 piece Shallot, chopped

Preparation:

1. Mix marinated fish, then add ½ tsp Rose Flavoured Vinegar fillet.
2. Mix Vinaigrette Dressing, Set aside.
3. Mix fish with 3 tbsp flour and pan-fry until golden. Set aside and add salad leaves. Toss with sauce. Serve.
