Prawns in Garlic Black Bean Sauce (Serves 2 to 3)

Ingredients

300g fresh prawns, cleaned
1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Sauce

1 tbsp Pat Chun Garlic Black Bean Sauce

Preparation

1. Blanch prawns in hot oil for a few seconds.
2. Arrange prawns on a plate. Pour Sauce over prawns. Steam for 4 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
