Sizzling Lamb in Garlic Black Bean Sauce

Sizzling Lamb in Garlic Black Bean Sauce (Serves 3 to 4)

Ingredients:

350g lamb, trimmed and cubed
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red chili, finely chopped
1 tbsp cooking oil

Sauce:

3 tbsp Pat Chun Garlic Black Bean Sauce
1 tsp corn starch mixed with 2 tbsp water


Preparation:

1. Stir-fry lamb in 1 tbsp of hot oil over high heat for 2 minutes.
2. Add bell peppers and chili. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add Sauce and heat through. Serve.
