Steamed Pork Ribs with Chinese Gooseberry Sauce (Serve 3)

Ingredients

300g spareribs, cut into bite size pieces

Marinade

3 tbsp Pat Chun Gooseberry Sauce
2 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp Pat Chun Gourmet Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Method

1. Marinate spareribs.
2. Steam for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
