Spareribs in Plum Sauce (Serves 4)


600g spareribs, chopped into pieces
1 tbsp cooking oil


1 tbsp Pat Chun Gourmet Light Soy Sauce
½ tbsp Pat Chun Gourmet Dark Soy Sauce
½ tbsp garlic, minced
½ tbsp sugar


6 tbsp Pat Chun Plum Sauce
½ tbsp corn starch
2 cups water


1. Marinate spareribs.
2. Stir-fry spareribs in 1 tbsp of oil until golden yellow.
3. Add Sauce and mix well. Simmer over low heat for 1 hour until sauce thickens.
