braised chicken wings

Braised Chicken Wings (Serves 4)


400g chicken wings (middle joint)


6 tbsp Pat Chun Braising Sauce
½ cup water


1. Blanch chicken wings for ½ minute in hot water. Drain.
2. Bring Sauce to the boil in a large pot.
3. Add chicken wings. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until done.
