Steam Eggplant in Chilli Bean Sauce (Serves 3-4)


300g Eggplant, Sliced

Sauce (Mixed well)

3 tbsp Pat Chun Sesame Sauce
2 tsp Pat Chun Chilli Bean Sauce
2 tsp Pat Chun Soy Sauce Supreme


1. Arrange eggplant on plate, steam with high heat for 10 minutes, remove from steamer.
2. Bring sauce to boil. Pour on the eggplant. Serve.
