甜醋青瓜 

Cucumber with Sweetened Vinegar (Serves 4)

Ingredients:

600g Cucumber, washed, remove seeds, chopped

Marinade:

1 tsp salt

Sauce:

4 tbsp Pat Chun Sweetened Vinegar
1 tbsp Pat Chun 5% rice vinegar
3 garlic, crushed
1 Red Chilli, chopped

Preparation:

1. Marinate cucumber.
2. Mix sauce with cucumber. Serve.
