Pat Chun's flagship store in Mongkok has occupied its corner shop
opposite the Fa Yuen Street Market for over 35 years. To commemorate Pat Chun's 70th
anniversary, this store was renovated in August 2002. Its new look is one of modern
efficiency combined with Chinese tradition, emulating Pat Chun's philosophy of
producing quality traditional sauces using the latest technologies and processes.
The store sells Pat Chun's entire range of sauces and is the key
showcase for our wide selection of traditional Chinese pickles, and snacks like
sesame crackers, peanuts, sweets and cashew nuts.
Pat Chun's specialty dish of Pork Knuckles and Ginger Stew
is also available to takeaway from this store. Please call
Pat Chun Mongkok to place orders for larger portions of this dish (for 6 or 12 persons)
and arrange for delivery within the New Territories, excluding outlying islands.
