Sautéed Pancake served with Hoi Sin Sauce

Sieve flour into deep bowl. Add egg and combine with flour. Stir in a little
water at a time to flour mixture. Mix until smooth. Mix in spring onion and
salt.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in pan. Pour in suitable amount of flour mixture and
sauté until golden brown on both sides. Serve with Pat Chun Hoi Sin Sauce as
dip.
