Assorted Dices on Steamed Bean Curd

Preparation


    Steam bean curd over medium heat for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside on warm plate.
    Crush egg yolks. Dice egg whites. Add pork, shrimp and marinade to egg whites. Mix well.
    Sauté egg white mixture in 2 tablespoons of oil until cooked through. Stir in water and corn starch. Heat through and pour over bean curd. Sprinkle with crushed egg yolks and spring onion.
