Steamed Garoupa in Sweetened Vinegar Sauce

Serves 2 - 3 Persons

Preparation


    Fold garoupa slices. Make 5 to 6 incisions in middle of each folded piece. Marinate garoupa, stir well.
    Arrange garoupa slices on dish. Steam for about 4 minutes. Pour off excess water.
    Bring Sauce to the boil. Pour over garoupa. Serve.
