Steamed Fresh Crabs in Seafood Sauce
Serves 4 Persons

Preparation
Place minced garlic on crabs. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes or until
done. Remove from heat and pour away excess liquid.
Sauté spring onion and red chili in 3 tablespoons of oil until fragrant. Pour
over crabs.
Pour Sauce over crabs. Serve immediately.
