Sautéed Pork Chops in Sweetened Vinegar Sauce

    Cut pork chops into 2 pieces. Wipe dry and mix with corn starch. Marinate for 1 hour.
    Remove pork chops from marinade. Set aside marinade juices. Sauté pork chops in 1 tablespoon of hot oil until golden. Remove from wok or pan.
    Stir-fry onion in 1 tablespoon of oil until fragrant. Pour in marinade juices. Bring to the boil. Add pork chops and heat through.
