350g pork fillet, sliced
300g rice noodles
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
Sauce:
3 tablespoons Pat Chun Satay Sauce
1 teaspoon corn starch
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons water
Preparation
Cook egg noodles in boiling water until done. Drain and set aside.
Stir-fry pork in 1 tablespoon of hot oil for 3 minutes.
Add bell pepper and zucchini. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add rice noodles. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add Sauce. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Dish up and garnish with coriander.
