Stir-Fried Noodles with Imperial Stir-Fry Sauce

Cook egg noodles in boiling water until done. Drain and set aside.
Sauté ginger in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for one
minute. Set aside.
Sauté red chili in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add ham, bean sprouts, egg noodles
and Sauce. Mix well and stir-fry until heated through. Stir in spring onion.
Serve.
