Stir-Fried Noodles with Shredded Beef Fillet

Serves 1 - 2 Persons

    Wash, shred and marinate beef fillet.
    Heat oil in wok or pan and stir-fry garlic. Add egg noodle and stir to loosen. Add Pat Chun Light Soy Sauce and water. Stir-fry until egg noodles are done. Remove onto plate.
    Stir-fry onion in 1 tablespoon of hot oil until fragrant. Add beef fillet and stir-fry for a short while. Add green bell pepper, red chili and Sauce. Stir-fry until beef fillet is cooked through. Place over egg noodles.
