350g rump steak, thinly sliced across the grain
110g string beans, halved
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
Sauce:
4 tablespoons Pat Chun Teriyaki Sauce
1 tablespoon crushed black pepper
Preparation
Stir-fry beef in 1 tablespoon of hot oil for 3 minutes
Add string beans and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Stir in Sauce and heat through. Dish up and garnish with coriander.
